As Martha Stewart Weddings advised, alongside some stunning shots from the scenic outdoors event, Behrs and Gladis tied the knot in 2018, at Moose Creek Ranch in Victor, Idaho, just outside of Jackson Hole (favored vacation spot of the rich and famous, including the Kardashians and Kanye West). The ceremony, which was planned and designed to the tiniest, personalized detail was bee-themed. Guests were given gift bags right at the outset, which included locally-sourced huckleberry jam, while they left the reception with jars of delicious honey taken from the happy couple's own Californian hive. Elsewhere, their invitations included a stunning illustrated bee motif, while the honey-lavender flavored wedding cake also reflected the theme (the honey was also sourced from the couple).
Martha Stewart Weddings subsequently advised that the bee theme was primarily because the couple are proud beekeepers themselves. Gladis had been keeping bees for years but the 2 Broke Girls star more recently became enamored with the pastime. They had about 40,000 bees in their backyard at the time. They even had a signature drink called The Bee's Knees, dedicated to their bees, while the menu incorporated their homemade honey into the salad dressing. The head table, where the couple sat, was assigned the same bee icon from their invitations instead of a number. For everybody else, their green key-chains, embossed with a beehive design, gave them their numbers and inducted them into the exclusive "Beekeepers Club." Of their uniquely stylish, super personal day, Behrs gushed, "It was perfect, magical, and spiritual."
