Ashley Shaw

Professional Background

Ashley Shaw, Ph.D., is a research assistant professor at the University of Kansas Alzheimer's Disease Center. She joined the faculty in 2021 after completing a postdoctoral fellowship at the KU ADRC.

Dr. Shaw received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Master of Public Health, and doctorate in Nursing at the University of Missouri.

She is a member of several professional organizations including the Alzheimer's Association International Society to Advance Alzheimer's Research and Treatment, Alzheimer's Disease Disparities Engagement Network and the Minority Women in Research Network.
