Marathon Views from Upper East Side Apartments on First and Fifth Avenues

After starting in Staten Island and Brooklyn, the New York City Marathon course winds its way through Manhattan twice: up First Avenue on the way to the Bronx, and then down Fifth Avenue toward the finish line in Central Park. By comparing and contrasting apartments on the same street, we see the difference a few avenues can make.
