UNABLE TO LOCATE "RESOLVE" MAIN MODULE
Explanation: The BMC AMI Ops Automation/SYSPROG Services interface was unable to locate module ASTXA1MN (the SYSPROG Services main module). BMC AMI Ops Automation will continue initialization without this component.
User response: Make sure ASTXA1MN is in either your STEPLIB concatenation or in a library in the system linklist if you wish to use BMC AMI Ops SYSPROG Service commands.
Note:
BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR
RESOLVE INTERFACE TERMINATING
Explanation: The BMC AMI Ops Automation/SYSPROG Services interface is terminating due to a previous error. BMC AMI Ops Automation will continue initialization without this component.
User response: Check previous messages to determine the cause of termination.
Note:
BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR
BBI/RM ATTACH FOR RESOLVE HAS FAILED.
Explanation: BMC AMI Ops Automationfor z/OS failed while attempting to attach the SYSPROG Services interface. BBI-SS initialization continues.
User response: Determine the reason for the attach macro failure. A non-zero return code was received after issuance of the attach macro for RSMAIN. Check for additional messages on your MVS system log. If the problem cannot be corrected, contact BMC Software Support.

BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR
RESOLVE UNABLE TO REQUEST INPUT, TIME EXPIRED
Explanation: The SYSPROG Services interface (RSMAIN) has been attached successfully but has failed to initialize. BBI-SS initialization continues. Message may be followed by another message, RM1021E.
User response: SYSPROG Services running within the PAS may be hung or has abnormally terminated after the attach. SYSPROG Services has not indicated that it is ready for input. The reason is unknown. One possible cause may be a SYSPROG Services security exit or definition. If the problem cannot be corrected contact BMC Software Support.
INCORRECT RELEASE OF RESOLVE, MUST BE 3.1.0
Explanation: BMC AMI Ops Automation is not compatible with any release of SYSPROG Services (less than version 3.1.0). BMC AMI Ops Automation detaches the SYSPROG Services interface TCBs and continues initialization.
User response: BMC AMI Ops Automation must be installed with SYSPROG Services 3.1.00 or later. If you cannot find the cause of the error, contact BMC Software Support.

BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR
RESOLVE INTERFACE ABENDED IN INITIALIZATION
Explanation: The BMC AMI Ops Automation/SYSPROG Services interface is terminating due to an abend. RSSTAE could not retry. BMC AMI Ops Automation will continue initialization without this component.
User response: Check messages to determine the cause of termination. A slip may have to be set to obtain an SVC DUMP for the abend.
Note:
BMC AMI Ops Automation was previously known as MainView AutoOPERATOR
SYSPROG SERVICES TERMINATION DETECTED
Explanation: The BMC AMI Ops Automation/SYSPROG interface detected that the SYSPROG Services component terminated. BMC AMI Ops Automation will continue initialization without SYSPROG Services. BMC AMI Ops Automation for z/OS will not be fully functional. Automation that relies on SYSPROG Services (such as CSM) will not function.
User response: Check messages to determine the cause of termination. A slip may have to be set to obtain an SVC DUMP for the abend.
