We last saw these two Pokémon in Scarlet & Violet—Paldea Evolved. Slowbro has an attack that discards the top card of your deck, but if that card is a Pokémon without a Rule Box, you can copy one of its attacks. The video shows that it's already great with Conkeldurr from the recently released expansion, Scarlet & Violet—Twilight Masquerade. You can also choose what card you want the attack to be copied from by using Ciphermaniac's Codebreaking or Night Academy, the latter of which is yet to be released internationally.
It appears that the Slowpoke artwork by Teeziro connects to the artwork of several other cards, starting with Dudunsparce, released in Scarlet & Violet—Temporal Forces. The artwork on Slowking is another showcase of Tetsu Kayama's Pointillist style.
