Rod Harris Obituary: It is with heavy hearts that we share the unexpected passing of Rod Harris, Royal Rangers Commander, on Thursday evening, December 7, 2023. Rod was a dedicated and passionate individual who faithfully served the Royal Rangers community at both the outpost and district levels.
Rod’s commitment to the organization was evident in his behind-the-scenes work at events such as Pinewood Derbies and District Ranger Camp PowWows. His contributions left an indelible mark on the Royal Rangers community, and he will be dearly missed.

A memorial service to celebrate Rod’s life will be held on Thursday, December 21st, at 11:00 a.m. at Cottonwood Cemetery, 20499 First Street, Cottonwood, CA. Following the graveside service, a gathering for fellowship and food will take place at Liberty Hill Christian Church, 4145 Rhonda Rd, Cottonwood, CA 96022.
